Property in the custody of the Canal Fulton Police Department is retained, released and/or disposed pursuant to department policy and laws of the Ohio Revised Code. Property may be claimed by providing proof of ownership. You must contact the Property Room Manager at (330) 854-2926 or lpriest [at] cityofcanalfulton-oh.gov to make an appointment to pick up property. Any property seized as evidence of a crime or contraband must have a court order to be released.
