Victim’s Rights Information

Victims of crimes in the State of Ohio have constitutionally protected rights, which can be found at the Ohio Attorney General’s website

Also known as Marsy’s Law, certain rights are automatically provided to a victim, while some rights require a victim’s request. This Victim’s Rights form is Not a public record.  It can be completed and returned to the police department. Officers can also provide a printed copy of the form, upon request.
